What We Are Looking For
We are looking to add an experienced, passionate Engineering Lead to join our team. The Lead Engineer will play a critical role in shaping both our web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers to deliver high-quality, performant, and scalable user experiences across platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced React Native (mobile) applications.
Write clean, reusable, and scalable code using modern JavaScript (TypeScript preferred).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Lead and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and support best practices.
Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of devices and browsers.
Integrate with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
Participate in architecture decisions and help guide long-term technology strategy.
Ensure high application quality and performance through testing, debugging, and monitoring.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Mobile development with at least 3+ years using React Native.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
Solid understanding of mobile and web app lifecycles, async data handling, and performance optimization.
Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
