Job Summary: Our ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for working with clients post sales, creating solutions for client issues, solving business objectives, and helping the team build an amazing product.  Part of this role also includes working with non-technical stakeholders to understand business objectives and figure out the best way to bring those ideas into our infrastructure.  Someone who will thrive in this role will have a passion for using ServiceNow to solve business problems.



Essential Functions / Duties / Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to understand root issues and come up with creative solutions
Code solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or updated applications, forms, workflows, policies, actions, access control, interfaces, and any other configurations required to support client processes
Define, analyze, and document requirements and solutions.
Code requirements through the development cycle.
Can collaborate with people with different opinions
Self-motivated, with a drive to research and learn
Solution oriented and hungry to solve problems


Minimum Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration
1+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, Restful API, PowerShell etc.) and developing with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform
Knowledge of DevOps (Test and CI/CD) in a ServiceNow environment
Strong communication skills and English language (Intermediate+ level)
A technical and business mindset with great attention to detail
