📋 Description
• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of ETRM system integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define architecture and integration strategies.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Java, .NET, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Provide hands-on leadership in code development, reviews, and performance tuning.
• Support and enhance ETRM Integration modules, including customizations and interfaces.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team skill development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across integrated platforms.

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience with ETRM systems (e.g., Triplepoint, Allegro, Endur, RightAngle).
• Strong expertise in Oracle databases, PL/SQL.
• Good working knowledge in Java and .NET (C# or VB.NET) development.
• Experience with system integration, APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
