Stronger together, we promote an environment where individuals can thrive.Responsibilities:Competent in DevOps practicesDevelop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automationUtilise infrastructure-as-code (IAC) to manage platforms and servicesAutomate routine tasks and processes using scripting and automation tools.Collaborate with development,  IT teams and business stakeholdersSelf-driven to learn in a fast-growing company and technology stackBe agile and pick up learning new platform technologies such as Exchange, Citrix and SFTPQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Exchange and Citrix environments.Experience with DevOps principles, including CI/CD, automation, and IAC.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, TypeScript).Experience with monitoring toolsPreferred Skills:DevOps Practices (CI/CD, Automation, Iac)Scripting (PowerShell, Python)Monitoring Tools (New Relic, Cloud Watch etc.,)Cloud Technologies (AWS and Azure) (preferred)Networking FundamentalsOperating Systems (Windows Server and Linux)Active Directory and Entra IDTroubleshooting and Problem-SolvingCollaboration and CommunicationExperience with Microsoft 365 and its related services.Experience with Enterprise Back SolutionsExchange Server AdministrationCitrix Virtual Apps and DesktopsCompetencies:Ability to drive problem-solving and be self-driven to learn new technologiesExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic agile environmentAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and Business stakeholdersTechnical expertise in managing cloud-based application platforms at scaleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorld Kinect is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
