We are seeking a highly skilled, customer-centric individual to act as the primary link between our cutting-edge HPC technology and its end-users. This role is crucial for ensuring customer success through high-quality technical training, comprehensive documentation, and deep application analysis that directly influences our product roadmap, ultimately accelerating scientific discovery and innovation for our clients.
