      Description
      We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated full stack software engineer to join our engineering team.  You will be responsible for designing and developing new application features while maintaining existing solutions. You preferably will have healthcare experience and prefer developing simple over complex solutions. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including   Product, Client  teams,   and   other   Engineering  teams,   to   understand requirements and deliver.
        Requirements
        Design, develop, and maintain new application features while ensuring existing functionality remains robust and well-tested.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with comprehensive test coverage. Develop a deep understanding of PAA software to contribute effectively.Participate actively in code reviews and design discussions, providing constructive feedback and suggesting technology and process enhancements.Work closely with QA engineers to validate features and improve automated testing strategies.Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team, engaging in 3-week sprints, daily standups, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.Partner with Product Owners, DevOps engineers, InfoSec professionals, and clinical staff to align development efforts with business goals.Technical ExperienceProficiency in Node.js, React, and Python.Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases. Strong understanding of query optimization, indexing strategies, and database performance tuning.Familiarity with TypeScript/Flow (Nice to have).Strong understanding of GraphQL and/or RESTful API design. Experience in API development and integrations.Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of event-driven architecture patterns (Kafka or similar). Proven experience in optimizing performance, scaling applications, and improving database efficiency.Soft SkillsStrong collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and ability to convey technical concepts clearly.Passion for best practices in software development and continuous improvement.Detail-oriented with a focus on writing high-quality, maintainable code.
