📋 Description
• DocMe360 is a dynamic and innovative digital services consultancy, specializing in providing cutting-edge solutions to government agencies and organizations.
• We are currently expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ruby on Rails/React Back-End Full Stack Engineer with expertise in AI/ML.
• In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and maintaining our software solutions, with a primary focus on Ruby on Rails and React and incorporating AI/ML.
• Design, develop, and maintain the back-end infrastructure for our software solutions, utilizing Ruby on Rails, with a special focus on integrating AI/ML functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers to seamlessly integrate the back-end with the React front-end, ensuring a cohesive and responsive user experience.
• Work in tandem with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and comprehensively understand client needs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards, with an awareness on when it's appropriate to incorporate AI/ML.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Participate actively in code reviews to ensure overall code quality and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the back-end infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in development, with a particular emphasis on advancements in AI and ML.

🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Full Stack Engineer, demonstrating a strong focus on Ruby on Rails and React, and additional expertise in AI/ML.
• Excellent understanding of Ruby on Rails framework and its conventions, with a proficiency in JavaScript and experience in React or similar front-end frameworks.
• Experience in API design and development using RESTful principles.
• Solid understanding of database design and modeling principles, with practical experience in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, both within a team and when working independently.
• Must be a US Citizen residing in the United States.
• Willingness to be on camera for all meetings.
• CORE Hours will be 10 AM-4 PM, Monday to Friday.
