📋 Description
• Morningstar Corporation: manufacturer of off-grid solar energy power solutions with products in 100+ countries
• Develop and maintain web applications and infrastructure that monitor and control solar and solar hybrid energy systems
• Collaborate with firmware and product development teams to ensure reliable device functionality integration and user interfaces
• Maintain and improve front-end performance for remote or low-bandwidth environments
• Design and implement user-centered features for IoT-enabled products
• 1-year full-time contract; hourly rate range $50 - $75/hr

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Web Development, or appropriate combination of equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience with the following AWS services: Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway, VPC, IAM, Cognito
• 5+ years of experience writing and debugging vanilla Javascript
• 3+ years of experience with React JS
• Familiarity with CloudFormation and AWS SAM
• Experience with production systems, change management
• Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA best practices
• HTML, CSS, accessibility like ARIA guidelines
• Desired: Preact, Typescript, IoT Core experience
• Desired: interfacing with embedded hardware devices
