Overview:
We’re building ReDuX—an AI-native platform that transforms legacy systems using agentic automation, domain knowledge, and cutting-edge LLMs. It’s used to rewrite millions of lines of COBOL and Natural/Adabas into modern, cloud-native apps—powered by the latest in AI and cloud innovation.As part of our core product team, you won’t just integrate with AI—you’ll build with it. You’ll work directly on LLM workflows, integrating advanced prompt engineering, embeddings, and even LLM fine-tuning using techniques to make agents more accurate, adaptive, and human-aligned.

Responsibilities:
Ship full-stack features across our React frontend, backend APIs (Node.js/Python), and AI orchestration layerBuild developer tools, IDE extensions, and sidecar services that let humans and AI agents collaborateImplement prompt chaining, embedding search, and LLM integration through Amazon Bedrock (Titan, Claude)Train and fine-tune LLMs using user feedback, RLHF, and next-gen methods like GRPO to continually improve our AI agentsContribute to scalable architecture on AWS EKS, Postgres, S3, OpenSearch, Neo4j, and more
