You’ll have a seat at the table, plenty of room to experiment, and the opportunity to help raise the bar for what great digital marketing looks like in our space. 🎯 Requirements • Minimum 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, ideally in a marketing or creative environment • Proficiency in HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, and PHP—with the ability to hand-code clean responsive, and accessible interfaces • Strong experience working in WordPress or similar PHP-based CMS platforms with the ability to build custom themes, modify existing themes, and customize plugins • Strong ability to translate design files into functional, responsive web pages • Ability to collaborate and work alongside design teams • Familiarity with SEO best practices and implementation of analytics tools • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms like Google Optimize or Optimizely • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (especially Photoshop & Illustrator), with an understanding of image resolutions, aspect ratios, and file formats • Excellent attention to detail with a QA-focused mindset • Bonus: Experience with performance tracking tools like Clarity or similar • Bonus: Experience in graphic design or UX-focused development 🏖️ Benefits • Nine (9) Company-paid Holidays and generous Family Leave.
