This is not a traditional customer success or sales engineering role - it's a unique position that requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive transformative solutions.Responsibilites:Embed directly with enterprise customers to architect and implement complex internal tool solutionsDevelop custom integrations, workflows, and applications using our platform that solve mission-critical business challengesAct as a technical advisor, translating complex customer requirements into scalable, innovative solutionsPrototype and demonstrate advanced platform capabilities in high-stakes customer environmentsProvide real-time product feedback to our engineering team, directly influencing our product roadmapCreate technical documentation, implementation guides, and reference architecturesNavigate complex enterprise technical landscapes and organizational dynamicsMust have:3-5 years of full-stack software engineering experienceA proven ability to rapidly prototype and develop production-ready applicationsExpert-level programming skills in at least two languages (Python and Javascript/TypeScript preferred)A strong understanding of modern cloud architectures and distributed systemsExperience working in fast-paced, ambiguous technical environmentsExceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholdersA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ECE, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experienceProficiency in modern web technologies and full-stack application developmentHands-on experience with integration development and API designUnderstanding of security best practices in enterprise environmentsDemonstrated ability to work with complex data pipelines and transformationsYou’re all-in and committed to building a generational AI company, far beyond a 9 to 5 jobThe base salary ranges between $125,000–$150,000 USD, plus a generous equity package.
