📋 Description
• We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of full-stack engineers building Monarch's core product experience.
• You'll drive technical execution across our web and mobile platforms, while also helping to shape our engineering processes during a period of hyper-growth.

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role
• You consider yourself "product-centric" and take pride in building something people love.
• You have superb written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical teammates
• You have experience with early-stage company best practices including rapid iteration with robust metrics and qualitative user feedback.
• Technical vision and ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural goals
