📋 Description
• Lead and mentor teams of ML Engineers and Software Engineers in building scalable AI systems that combine state-of-the-art models with robust engineering practices
• Drive technical strategy for AI model development, deployment, and monitoring across predictive modeling and NLP domains
• Foster collaboration between ML Engineers and Software Engineers, creating an environment where both disciplines can thrive and learn from each other
• Partner with product teams to translate business requirements into technically sound AI platform level solutions
• Champion best practices in AI development, including model evaluation, testing, and responsible AI principles
• Oversee the evolution of our AI platform (signals, recommendations, AI trust and NLP models) to support increasingly complex compound AI systems
• Build trusted relationships across HubSpot's AI organizations, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, with at least 2 years leading teams building production ML/AI systems
• Deep understanding of ML/AI concepts and software engineering best practices
• Experience managing diverse technical teams, including ML Engineers and Software Engineers
• Experience with modern AI architectures, including LLMs, recommendation systems, retrieval systems
• Passion for fostering technical growth and providing meaningful feedback
• Track record collaborating with product teams to deliver customer value through AI capabilities
