📋 Description
• Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to support marketing decision-making processes within Amsive’s Financial Services team.
• Examine current and past financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Develop, maintain or collaborate to build financial models to support decision-making and forecasting.
• Prepare detailed reports on financial performance from Amsive’s marketing programs and present findings to management.
• Evaluate market research sources to analyze financial trends and forecasts where applicable to our banking clients.
• Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements from Amsive’s marketing programs.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with the account team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis and comparative studies.

🎯 Requirements
• 5-8+ years of financial analysis experience in banking or financial services
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial data analysis, mandatory within the banking or related industry.
• Analyses of marketing programs for direct mail, email or digital channels a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python), financial modeling, and database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
