To reach the next level of adoption, dedicated and purpose-built infrastructure is required.The RoleWe are looking for a DevRel Lead to make Plasma the most developer-respected blockchain in the world for stablecoins. You’ll be responsible for building the developer ecosystem around Plasma, shaping how builders first experience the network and supporting them through integration and deployment. You will deeply understand the architecture and capabilities of Plasma and use that knowledge to craft best-in-class content, tools, onboarding flows, and technical relationships with the most important builders in crypto and fintech.You’ll work directly with engineering, product, growth, and ecosystem to ship developer-facing experiences that are unparalleled in the industry. You will represent the developer’s voice internally, while also being Plasma’s voice in the broader technical community.What You Will DoOwn all developer-facing content and tooling, from docs and guides to examples and reference appsPartner with top teams to get them integrated and successful on Plasma, solving for real, global use casesDesign and maintain core onboarding experiences that showcase Plasma’s speed, architecture, and stablecoin-native featuresLaunch and maintain community programs (e.g. developer challenges, early adopter cohorts, hackathons) to foster usage and loyaltyBuild feedback loops from developers into product and engineering so we move fast and ship what mattersRepresent Plasma at events, conferences, and social channelsWho You AreYou’ve worked in DevRel, engineering, or protocol teams and know what developers love in a platformA strong communicator with the ability to translate deep technical concepts into clean, concise writing and codeHands-on coder: you can prototype, debug, and ship code that other developers rely onOpinionated about great developer experiences and willing to fight for qualityA passion for crypto infrastructure and stablecoin use casesComfortable working across disciplines and moving fast in a high-stakes environmentKnown for high ownership when something’s broken, you fix it.
