What You’ll Do Assume ownership of ETL operations and support tasks previously managed by in-house developers Resolve QA and production support tickets, performing in-depth root cause analyses, and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurring data issues. Actively contribute to the development of new features and continuously enhanced SSIS, ADF, and Informatica processes to streamline and optimize the overall batch lifecycle. Conduct root cause analyses on failed or delayed jobs, implementing corrective actions to reduce recurrence and improve reliability Triage and resolve tickets in ServiceNow, including data quality issues, production bugs, and user-reported incidents.
