📋 Description
• This is a remote position.
• We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong experience in Python and IBM Infosphere DataStage.
• As we transition towards Snowflake, experience or interest in cloud data warehousing will be a big plus.
• This is a great opportunity to work remotely with a skilled, global team while contributing to exciting data projects.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using IBM Infosphere DataStage and Python.
• Support data migration, integration, and transformation processes.
• Collaborate with data architects and analysts to implement data models (Star Schema, Snowflake, Fact & Dimension tables).
• Support the team’s migration efforts towards Snowflake.
• Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability across systems.
• Perform data extraction, loading, and transformation (ETL) processes.

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and/or similar roles.
• Python programming experience
• IBM Infosphere DataStage (versions 7.x – 11.x)
• Strong SQL and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, DB2, SQL Server)
• Proficient/advanced level of English.
• Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Fact and Dimension tables)
