📋 Description
• OnHires is partnering with Instantly.ai, a high-growth AI-driven sales outreach and lead intelligence platform used by over 35,000 B2B companies worldwide.
• Lead the development and maintenance of large-scale data pipelines and infrastructure that drives core lead intelligence platform.
• Build and maintain data processing pipelines using AWS Glue (PySpark) and S3.
• Work with large-scale datasets in Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
• Create robust workflows for data transformation, cleaning, and normalization.
• Optimize and tune search infrastructure, including query design and semantic enhancements (LLMs, DeepL, embeddings).
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience with AWS Glue, PySpark, and S3
• Deep understanding of Elasticsearch (queries, aggregations, performance optimization)
• Strong Python skills (esp. with PySpark and Pandas)
• Experience with data quality, schema evolution, and operational monitoring
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, or semantic search techniques is a strong plus
• Bonus: Experience with Node.js or general JavaScript backend development
