Our client is looking for a remote Data Cloud Engineer to join their team!


This is a remote/part-time to full-time/contract position
Hourly range based on experience: $60-$75/HR

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer for a long-term remote contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in modern data engineering, with a strong understanding of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar) and some familiarity with Agentforce (Salesforce-based insurance platform). You’ll be working on data transformation, integration, and pipeline optimization for large-scale enterprise data systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines in cloud environments
Integrate and transform data from Agentforce and other enterprise systems
Develop data models, APIs, and interfaces for analytics and business intelligence
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to support data access and governance
Optimize data flow, query performance, and storage within a modern data stack
Implement data quality, monitoring, and validation frameworks

Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in data engineering
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, etc.)
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar)
Working knowledge of Agentforce or related Salesforce insurance data structures
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and data modeling
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code concepts
