We're looking for a data-driven operator to lead the development of analytics tools and models, and to create informed recommendations that help us:Attract and retain top-performing driversIdentify and reduce operational riskImprove the health and efficiency of our fleetYou'll work cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Operations, and Product teams to turn complex, real-world data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for our business. This includes analyzing customer feedback, interaction data, payments, maintenance records, telematics, product usage, and fleet operations.What You’ll Work OnBuild an understanding of what makes drivers stay with our business, and what causes them to leave Score and grade drivers based on payment behavior, vehicle usage, and incident historyBuild models that flag early signs of churn, damage risk, or defaultIdentify patterns in vehicle maintenance and downtime to optimize fleet allocation and resaleHelp define and automate policies that offer better pricing, rewards, or removal based on driver performanceBuild and roll out dashboards and alerting tools that ops teams actually use to improve their operational efficiencyWhat We’re Looking ForExperience turning messy datasets into clean decisionsExperience running customer surveysTrack record of building and deploying business-impact tools, not just dashboardsAbility to distill complex models into actionable recommendationsSharp business sense—can think in margin, lifetime value, and cost per issueBonus Points The following languages are a plus.
