📋 Description
• The Analyst, Data will play a critical role in optimizing EFF’s data practices and amplifying our efforts to ensure all high-impact schools in historically marginalized communities have a pathway to affordable facilities.
• Reporting to the Director, Data and Insights, the Analyst will play a significant role in supporting the management of EFF’s data systems.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, enthusiastically approach the sometimes-ambiguous work of a start-up, and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture of excellence.

🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; background in data analytics strongly preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience and/or full-time work
• Unyielding commitment to EFF’s mission to ameliorate educational, financial, and racial inequities
• In-depth academic or professional experience with data analysis and reporting
• Experience in Salesforce or Tableau preferred, but not required.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage projects to key outcomes and deadlines
• Strong entrepreneurial instincts and desire to seek innovative solutions to complex challenges
• Background in education preferred; transitioning teachers are strongly encouraged to apply.
• A high degree of integrity and authenticity
• Willingness to travel ~25% of the time
