📋 Description
• We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with over 4 years of experience in designing and developing advanced, interactive dashboards and dimensional data models from the ground up.
• Adept at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling data visualizations and deep analytical scripting using DAX, M, and Python.
• Possesses strong collaboration skills, working across teams to engineer innovative, agency-wide data solutions.
• Demonstrates a high degree of independence, creativity, and leadership, often directing others and executing complex tasks with minimal supervision.
• Holds mastery in data analytics and is experienced with tools like Git, Jira, SAS, and other BI platforms including Tableau and SAP.
• Design and Develop BI Solutions: Build end-to-end Power BI solutions including complex dimensional data models, datasets, and interactive dashboards tailored to business needs.
• Advanced Data Analysis & Scripting: Utilize DAX, Power Query (M), and Python scripts to perform deep data analysis, calculations, and data transformations for optimized reporting.
• Data Storytelling & Visualization: Translate complex data into compelling visual narratives using advanced visualization techniques to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data accuracy, and deliver impactful, agency-wide BI solutions.
• Deploy & Maintain Reports: Test, publish, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards ensuring performance, usability, and accessibility standards are met.
• Lead & Mentor: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, contributing to project planning, code reviews, and BI development standards.
• Version Control & Documentation: Utilize source control systems like Git/Bitbucket for version management and maintain thorough documentation of reports, datasets, and processes.
• Integrate with Other Tools & Platforms: Leverage experience with tools such as SAS, Jira, Tableau, and SAP to integrate data sources and enhance the broader analytics ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements
• 8 years of experience required in Mastery of data analytics
• 4 years of experience Required in Using Power BI creating dashboards and interactive visual reports
• 4 years of experience Required in Creating, testing, and deploying Power BI Scripts (Python,M and DAX) as well as execute efficient deep analysis
• 4 years of experience preferred in Prior experience in data-related tasks is preferred
• 1 year of experience preferred with Source Control, Git/BitBucket is preferred
• 1 year of Previous experience preferred with SAS and its dataset (.sas7bdat) is preferred
• 1 year of Previous experience Preferred with Jira is preferred
• 1 year of Previous state experience is preferred
• 1 year of Previous experience with BI tools ( SAP, Tableau) is preferred
