        Requirements
        As a Sr. Full-Stack Engineer at Commence you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that are scalable, secure, and efficient.   Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using .NET, React, and C#.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.? Build and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.Ensure the security and compliance of applications, particularly in regard to data handling and storage.Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high code quality standards.Continuously improve and maintain existing systems by identifying areas of enhancement.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in fullstack development. Essential Knowledge:  Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Python, JavaScript, and Node.JSHands-on experience with front-end development using React.Software application development skills, including web services, web-based deployment, and database integration.Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development. Essential Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer related technology or Associates Degree with demonstrated software knowledge.3+ years of experience in full stack development.Essential Skills:Best practices with code development including unit testing code and improving through static code analysis and security findings.Proven experience with AWS services and cloud-based architecture.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, primarily Azure DevOps and Bitbucket Pipelines.Experience with database technologies, such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.Experience with version control systems, particularly Azure Git/ Bitbucket.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:AWS CertificationsFamiliarity with other cloud-based architectures (Azure, Google, etc.)AI/ML skillsFamiliarity with containerization technologies like Docker.Knowledge of microservices architecture.Exposure to other front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js. Organizational "Fit" Considerations:The ability to meet deadlines as assigned is crucial. Night and weekend work may be required to accomplish tasks in the timeframes assigned.
