C# DEVELOPER
MBI Digital is looking for a C# Developer with 7+ yrs experience using .NET core framework and 5+ yrs in EDI transactions set implementations in 834, 837 and net new 835 migration to Facets HIPAA Gateway

This is a 100% remote opportunity. The Project engagement is 6 months with possibility of extension. The candidate should be willing to work in PST time zone.

Job responsibilities:

7+ years experience of using .NET Core framework.
7+ years Web development experience in ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, Angular 2+/ React.JS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
5+ years experience in EDI transactions set implementations in 834, 837 and net new 835 migration to Facets HIPAA Gateway
3+ years experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
Good experience in MVC/ Web API/ Web services.
Good experience in Entity framework, SQL server (Writing Complex Queries, Stored Procedure) and reporting.
Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Solid Design Principle.
Familiar with version control/ development tools such as GIT, CI/CD, Subversion, Bitbucket, TFS, or equivalent.
Agile/ Scrum development on complex applications/ products across distributed teams. Use of Jira (or similar tools) is essential.
Strong analytical skills.
Healthcare Experience required
 

Requirements:

Patient Engagement i.e. clinical workflow of patient intake, EMR/ EHR which includes Scheduling, diagnosis and treatment plan.
Digital Services and Health Insurance know how including practice management i.e. billing, claim processing as per global standards primarily US with clearing house integrations.
All important terminologies and Codes like ICD, CPT, SNOMED, LONIC, RxNorm etc.
Knowhow of regulations and compliance like HIPAA, meaningful use certifications 2 or 3.
Patient Monitoring - preventive and wellness side and telehealth wearable integrations will be good to have.

 

Good to have:

a. FHIR/ CCDA/ HL7 knowhow
b. Clinical quality measures
