With over 600,000+ successful outcomes, EarWell® is a proven, non-invasive treatment option for families.   Our growing team is looking for a Business Data Analyst who has excellent critical thinking skills, is highly skilled at problem solving, and maintains a strong attention to detail. This position can be remote, with occasional travel as necessary to our Headquarters in Tempe, AZ.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPredominately responsible for creating new or modifying existing reports, and analyzing data within our reporting systemsProvides technical support by developing and maintaining user-level databases for ad-hoc projects, preparing queries and troubleshooting technical issuesIdentify patterns and prepare presentation of results in the most effective and appropriate display for the intended audienceValidate data for problem identification and significance across multiple reports and data sourcesAssist in the design, creation, testing, implementation and maintenance of processes/systems to oversee and carry out analysesCollaborate with CranialTech management to identify and coordinate data pullsEnsure confidentiality of patient information and other sensitive data by adhering to HIPAA compliance requirementsPerform other related duties as necessary or assignedQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field1-4 years of professional experience designing, creating and maintaining databases, spreadsheets and other reporting systems; requirements gathering, and analysisMinimum 1 year report writing experience and/or educationPower BI experienceAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of relational databasesHigh-level of technical proficiency with data collection and reporting softwareStrong math skills to include formula-building and data integrityDemonstrated reporting skills and ability to work directly with users to collect and meet business needsExceptional time management, organizational, independent decision making, and analytical skillsResults-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at one timeStrong and effective verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skillsIntellectually curious and eager to tackle a variety of projectsMicrosoft Dynamics experience preferredBenefitsMedical and Dental Insurance401k Retirement Plan3.5 Weeks Paid Time Off + 7 Paid HolidaysLife InsuranceShort/Long Term Disability InsuranceThe pay range for this is $65,000-$75,000 dependent on relevant qualifications and experience. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.You will receive a confirmation email stating your application has been submitted.
