📋 Description
• Join a small, autonomous team building the backend for an API-first lending platform.
• You’ll design and implement scalable microservices and robust APIs that power thousands of loan transactions every day.
• Lead development of a cloud-native loan management SaaS platform
• Build a robust infrastructure to support new services and products
• Design and implement scalable, secure APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with Product and Design to inform trade-offs and scalability concerns
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure all features meet regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent technical experience
• 3+ years of backend agile software development (including SaaS)
• Proven experience designing and building APIs and microservices
• Ability to write clean, reliable code that’s maintainable and automatically testable
• Startup experience or history of working in small, cross-functional teams
• FinTech experience is a strong plus
