The Role We’re looking for a Backend Developer (Python-Focused) to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to scale up to full-time based on performance and project flow. This is a highly flexible remote role, ideal for a problem-solver who’s confident in Python, understands backend architecture, and isn’t afraid to test out new tools—including AI-powered dev accelerators. You’ll help build backend APIs and services, connect third-party systems, and optimize our data workflows. Your ability to think on your feet and deliver fast, functional code will be key to our progress.
