Our customers gain access to a consistent global platform, on-demand engineering talent, and 24/7/365 technical and customer support that empowers them to scale faster and focus on innovation. With a culture rooted in learning, agility, and excellence, Performive offers engineers a collaborative environment where their impact on customer success is recognized and valued.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage Azure-based infrastructure solutions for multiple clients.Migrate on-premises workloads to Azure using tools like Azure Migrate, ASR, and other industry-standard third-party solutions.Monitor, maintain, and optimize Azure environments, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and cost-efficiency.Implement and manage Azure services such as Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Security Center.Provide Tier 3 support for escalated Azure-related issues.Participate in client onboarding and technical scoping to ensure smooth service transitions.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or ARM/Bicep templates.Maintain documentation for client environments and internal processes.Stay current with Azure updates and best practices and proactively recommend improvements.Implement governance, compliance, and security best practices across client Azure environments.Participate in the Engineering team's rotating on-call escalation schedules. Required Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or systems administration, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.Hands-on experience working in an MSP or similar multi-client environment.Proficiency in Azure IaaS and PaaS services.Strong understanding of networking concepts (VNETs, NSGs, VPNs, ExpressRoute).Experience with identity and access management (Azure AD, RBAC, Conditional Access).Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning in Azure.Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM/Bicep).Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
