We are seeking a highly technical AI and Machine Learning Engineer to drive the development of Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and process automation — building systems that not only think but also act. As a member of our Data Analytics team, you’ll design and deploy ML-driven systems that automate decision-making, document processing, and data-intensive workflows. Additionally, you’ll work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise processes. What makes you a good fit? You should have experience with: Python Programming (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) AI/ML Frameworks and Model Development (TensorFlow or PyTorch) LLMs and fundamental NLP concepts Designing and implementing custom loss functions Databricks and Spark (MLflow, DLT, Streamlit, Delta Lake, or similar) Data Integration and Pipeline Development (NiFi, APIs, ETL/ELT, or similar) Process Automation and Workflow Optimization (Databricks Workflows, Camunda, or similar) SQL Expertise Effective at collaborating with cross-functional business stakeholders Ability to demonstrate initiative and adaptability when working with limited guidance Experience with any of the following is helpful: Data Warehouse (Exasol or similar) BI Software (Tableau or similar) UI Development (Streamlit, UI Bakery, or similar) Golang Programming C++, Java, or Rust Event queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) MLOps Skills (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar) Cloud Platform Experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar) Linux Grant Street Group is a growing software company providing SaaS applications to support tax collection, electronic payments, bond auctions, and more.
