Integrate and optimize Cursor AI for both frontend and backend operations, ensuring efficient AI-driven solutions. Develop, refactor, and maintain codebases with the help of Cursor’s AI-powered features, including natural language code editing, intelligent suggestions, and automated code generation. API development and integration, especially for real-time data exchange with third-party services (e.g., insurance providers, healthcare platforms). Train and fine-tune AI models to improve system efficiency and user experience, including implementing AI-driven features into user interfaces and backend systems. Collaborate with stakeholders (product leads, designers, business teams) to ensure development aligns with business needs and AI capabilities. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI-powered features and site performance for a seamless user experience. Maintain security and compliance standards, particularly in handling sensitive data and AI model privacy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience with Cursor AI or similar AI-based coding tools. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, and CSS. Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular. Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, natural language processing, and deep learning. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment. Experience in API integrations and database management (SQL & NoSQL). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment. Experience with chatbot integrations and AI-powered search tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare, legal tech, or insurance industries. Knowledge of automated AI workflows and ML Ops. Understanding of privacy and compliance requirements for AI models.
