📋 Description
• Develop and maintain back-end services using .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server/Azure SQL
• Build secure, responsive web applications using ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Angular (v14+)
• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture
• Write unit and integration tests using XUnit/NUnit; optionally Jasmine and Karma
• Utilize Entity Framework or Dapper for database interactions
• Leverage Azure services such as Functions, Queues, Storage, Container Registry, and Key Vault
• Employ Docker for containerization and deployment where applicable
• Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, and ADA standards
• Optimize user interfaces for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with preferred experience in Bootstrap and jQuery
• Apply knowledge of WAI-ARIA, mobile-first design, and digital accessibility best practices
• Use Visual Studio 2022, VS Code, and Azure DevOps/Git for development and version control
• Participate in code documentation, peer reviews, and Agile ceremonies under project leadership direction
• Comply with work hour limits and be available for on-site interviews, equipment pickup, and periodic meetings as required
• Complete background checks and onboarding per state requirements before engagement

🎯 Requirements
• 8 Years – .NET Core and C# for backend services and applications
• 8 Years – ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, or ASP.NET Core for web application development
• 8 Years – SQL Server / T-SQL, including recent experience with Azure SQL
• 8 Years – APIs and Integration (RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture)
• 8 Years – Testing frameworks: XUnit/NUnit (prefer experience with Jasmine and Karma)
• 8 Years – ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or Dapper
• 8 Years – Containerization (prefer experience with Docker)
• 8 Years – Cloud services in .NET including Azure Functions, Azure Queue, Azure Storage, Azure Container Registry, and Key Vault
• 8 Years – Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (prefer jQuery and Bootstrap), and Angular (v14 or higher)
• 8 Years – Development tools: Visual Studio (VS2022), VS Code, Azure DevOps, Git
• Knowledge of responsiveness and mobile-first development
• Knowledge of Design Patterns and SOLID principles
• Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion
• Knowledge of accessibility regulations (e.g., Section 508, ADA)
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
• Experience designing for platform technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, Android)
• Experience applying WAI-ARIA authoring guidelines and best practices
