📋 Description
• You’ll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable solutions that support early childhood data systems.
• You’ll work closely with technical leads and project managers to understand complex business rules and deliver functionality that meets real-world user needs.
• Your Key Responsibilities: Design, code, test, and deploy database-driven solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and related tools.
• Optimize SQL queries and ETL processes for speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with team members to deploy software in a coordinated, user-informed way.
• Contribute to full-stack development, particularly in .NET and web-based environments (AngularJS, NodeJS, Bootstrap, etc.).
• Participate in system documentation, functional requirement review, and user testing coordination.
• Balance independent development with collaborative input in a fast-paced, agile team.
• Identify and address bugs, performance issues, and technical gaps with ownership and precision.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field—or equivalent work/school experience
• 3–6 years of experience in a collaborative development environment
• Proficiency in some or many of the following: Microsoft SQL Server , C#/.NET , Visual Studio Azure DevOps , NodeJS , AngularJS , Express , Bootstrap SSRS , MVVM frameworks , multi-tier app design , ASP.NET
• Object-oriented or functional programming languages
• Scripting for automation and maintenance
• Solid understanding of unit testing , integration , and design patterns
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience working on early childhood, education, or public sector projects (preferred)
• Curiosity about user needs and commitment to designing accessible, efficient solutions (preferred)
• Willingness to mentor others and contribute to team growth (preferred)
