Our Web Team builds and maintains websites for a diverse portfolio of clients.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Mid-Level Web Developer to join our Web Team. This is a fully remote position reporting to the Website Development Manager.This is a mid-level role. We are not looking for someone who is just starting out in web development, and this is not a senior or team-lead position. The right candidate has 2–4 years of professional experience building real client-facing websites, can take a project from brief to launch with limited oversight, and is ready to grow toward greater complexity and responsibility over time.Platform RequirementRequired — both platforms:  Webflow and WordPress experience are both required for this role. Our data shows that developers who know both platforms adapt to our workflow in approximately 90 days. Those who only know one take significantly longer regardless of their depth in that single tool.
