This engagement offers a unique opportunity to work embedded with a high-impact internal engineering team while shaping how AI is applied across both business and software development practices.Position OverviewTryton TC is seeking a highly experienced AI-focused engineer who combines strong hands-on technical skills with the ability to coach, influence, and elevate an engineering organization. This is a long-term engagement and is ideal for a senior-level individual who is passionate about practical, outcome-driven AI adoption.This role is intentionally split across two focus areas:Approximately 40% applying AI tools and technologies to drive business outcomes Approximately 60% focused on improving engineering and software development practices through AI The ideal candidate is comfortable operating as both a trusted advisor and an individual contributor.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Enablement and Engineering CoachingAct as a coach and advocate for the engineering team on effective AI adoption Evaluate existing tools and workflows used for requirements writing, coding, testing, and deployment Recommend improvements, optimizations, or new AI-enabled tools to enhance software development practices Partner with engineering leadership to define practical, scalable AI usage standards Hands-On Development and Business SupportContribute hands-on development as needed to support business initiatives, particularly within the Real Estate domain Work with structured and unstructured data to build dashboards and analytics supporting business decision-making Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into technical AI-driven solutions AI Solution DesignAdvise on how to solve specific business problems using AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, and machine learning Prototype and validate AI-driven approaches before broader implementation Ensure solutions are pragmatic, maintainable, and aligned with real business value 
        Requirements
        Senior-level experience in software engineering or solution architecture  Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to real business outcomes  Strong understanding of how AI can enhance software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, and deployment  Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG patterns, and/or machine learning solutions  Experience working with both structured and unstructured data  Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders  Proven ability to mentor, coach, and influence engineering teams without formal authority  Nice to HaveExperience building analytics or dashboards for business teams  Background supporting real estate, financial, or data-heavy business domains  Experience evaluating and implementing modern AI developer tooling
