Responsibilities:Client Infrastructure & SupportServe as a Tier II/III escalation resource for client environments across multiple industries.Design, deploy, and support cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.Proactively monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and performance.Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.Microsoft 365 AdministrationAdminister and support Microsoft 365 environments including:Exchange OnlineSharePoint OnlineTeamsOneDriveIntune & Endpoint ManagerManage tenant migrations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization.Implement security and compliance features such as Conditional Access, MFA, and DLP.Azure Cloud EngineeringDeploy and manage Azure resources including VMs, networking, storage, and identity.Design and support hybrid environments using Azure AD and on-prem Active Directory.Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.Assist with Azure cost optimization and best practices.Project Work & MigrationsLead or support infrastructure and cloud migration projects.Create technical documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver solutions on time and within scope.Security & Best PracticesImplement and maintain security standards and patch management.Conduct vulnerability remediation and system hardening.Support compliance frameworks and security audits when required.Customer EngagementProvide excellent client communication and technical guidance.Translate business needs into technical solutions.Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
