Senior Software Engineer This is a technical leadership role in the organization. It will span across multiple products and architectures. The purpose of this role is to view each product as a cohesive entity and not as the sum of discrete, component elements while assisting in guiding design efforts towards larger architectural goals.   Strong candidates will be able to lead visionary architectural efforts. This role is not a gatekeeper or approval role. There are no direct reports or final sign-off authority. Instead, influence and leadership will be needed to be effective.Minimum Qualifications:-Minimum of 5 years in design and/or architecture in C# or Java-Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field-Excellent C# coding skills -Experience building multi-tier complex Windows applications-Strong problem-solving ability-UI and middleware development-SaaS-based product development experience-Experience leading small to medium sized technical teams  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: -Broad knowledge of software and network technologies-Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to generate design solutions-Results oriented-Ability to work in a team environment-Able to work with and in close proximity of fellow Team members-Ability to prioritize workload-Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and writtenVeriato promotes a fun and challenging work environment.
