The Sr. Director, Engineering is responsible for the management of Aislelabs engineering resources, all software development and quality assurance deliverables and the processes and systems that build and support our Suite of Flow, Connect and Marketing modules that will support the business into  its next phase of growth.The ideal candidate is prepared to manage a team through change as the organization is actively working to complete its NextGen product offering.  The team will require ongoing AI skills development, technical mentoring, improved metrics tracking and quality capacity planning in order to achieve key business objectives.This leader will embrace communication and team camaraderie as a key part of the role, ensuring daily engagement with engineers and detailed progress tracking is completed and communicated to the senior leadership team on a regular basis. The Sr. Director, Engineering oversees key annual initiatives for the business, offers updates at all company Town Hall meetings and is an engaged communicator at weekly leadership meetings.
