This leader will own the strategy, execution, and delivery of critical shared capabilities including DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Common Services (e.g., Authentication, Logging, Monitoring, CI/CD frameworks, etc.). You will play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering excellence by delivering resilient infrastructure, automation-first quality practices, platform scalability, and efficient developer tooling — enabling product teams to innovate faster with confidence.   Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of shared platform services aligned with business objectives and engineering priorities. Partner with product engineering, security, compliance, and architecture teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of shared services.   Team & People Management Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering disciplines. Foster a culture of ownership, automation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.   Platform & Service Ownership Lead design and implementation of core services such as centralized logging, monitoring, alerting, configuration management, feature flag systems, and internal developer platforms.
