Your primary objective is to support revenue growth and product adoption by partnering closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to clearly articulate AfterShip’s value, capabilities, and technical fit.You will act as a trusted technical advisor and hands-on builder, partnering with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product to validate, shape, and deliver solutions for mid-market and enterprise customers.This is a high-impact, customer-facing role within AfterShip’s Omnichannelteam, reporting to the Strategic GTM Lead.
