We are seeking a Solution Engineer with experience delivering Information Platforms to join our team to solution, implement, and support the software eco-systems that drive digital operations, marketing, content, insights, and analytics for our global clients.

            The desired Candidateis self-motivated, can think critically and creatively when solving problems works well on their own and can demonstrate an ability to manage ambiguity and change can quickly learn and be agile to new technologies, platforms, and software systems has experience and enjoys working in a distributed team-oriented environment has excellent communications skills shows care and respect towards all individuals and their work Knowledge/Skills & Abilities Demonstrated knowledge of system configuration, administration, and programming. Knowledge and hands-on experience with solutions such as Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), Content Management Systems (CMS), Project or Marketing Resource Management (MRM) tools and/or other core operational solutions. Working knowledge of taxonomy classification, metadata, data mapping, schemas, ontologies, and controlled vocabularies including building and structuring taxonomies and metadata. Experience translating architecture design to implementation, testing, and system delivery. Working knowledge of software design, robustness, performance, and scalability. Experience programming with one or more of the following: C#, Java, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular), HTML, SQL. Ability to build robust integrations and solutions using Solution APIs (Rest, SOAP, and more). Understanding of security and performance best practices for information technology systems. Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Hosting– particularly in the areas of networking, virtual instances, databases, and load balancing.What You Need to Succeed Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment where consultation, flexibility, and cooperation are essential. Demonstrated ability to achieve goals with a strong record of on-time project delivery. Excellent documentation skills and information management practices, such as thorough documentation, usage of wikis, and other collaboration tools. Ability to scope project work, estimate effort and then break down work into sub-tasks. Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, Computer Science or Computer Information Science or equivalent industry experience, and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
