Software Engineer — Fountain Life (Remote)About the RoleWe’re looking for Software Engineers who want to be at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare with technology. We are aggressively deploying cutting-edge AI in clinical settings to dramatically improve health outcomes for our members. You’ll work across the full stack — building the platforms, integrations, and AI-powered experiences that power our member journey from booking through diagnostics and beyond.This is a high-impact role on a lean, fast-moving engineering team where your contributions are visible and meaningful from day one.What You’ll Do•      Build and maintain web and mobile applications that deliver engaging, AI-powered user experiences across the Fountain Life platform•      Develop integrations between our platform and diverse healthcare data vendors, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and security•      Write clean, well-tested code and participate in thoughtful code reviews to maintain high standards across the team•      Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to ensure system reliability at scale•      Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, and data teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into elegant technical solutions•      Proactively identify technical debt and propose innovative solutions to level up the team’s capabilities•      Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape the technical direction of the platform as we scaleWhat You Bring•      2+ years of professional experience developing cloud-based applications•      Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python•      Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)•      Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)•      Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL•      Understanding of relational and non-relational databases•      Comfort working in an agile, fast-paced environment with a small team•      Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetNice to Have•      Experience working with AI/LLM technologies (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.)•      Healthcare or healthtech industry experience•      Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems and handling PHI•      Familiarity with data pipeline tools and ETL processes•      Mobile development experience (React Native, Flutter, or native)•      Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK, etc.)Compensation & Benefits•      Salary range: $120,000–$160,000 (depending on experience)•      This role is remote•      100% company-paid medical insurance•      Dental and vision coverage•      3 weeks paid vacation•      401(k) retirement plan•      Short-term and long-term disability coverage•      After one year, access to Fountain Life’s comprehensive health scan•      Opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and healthcare with a mission-driven team
