What does your typical day look like? Dennis, Senior Quality Engineer After doing the school run, I log on to Jira to see what manual and automation testing tasks I have to do /are outstanding. Since the team is spread over UK and the US, I get all of the morning to concentrate on testing work and sometimes a bit of self study before group meetings and discussions with the rest of the team in the afternoon. I find the having that uninterrupted stretch in the morning allows better focus on test and also guarantees information to bring to afternoon scrums. How would you describe Cutover’s work-life balance? Reggie, Support Analyst I really enjoy the work/life balance this job affords me. In our ever-connected world, you truly just need an internet connection to do great work (especially in software!).
