You'll lead 8–15 engineers, set the technical bar, and keep things shipping cleanly — all while still getting your hands dirty in the codebase. This isn't a people-management role; it's a technical authority role with real decision-making power.You'll own architecture compliance, quality gates, and merge authority for your pods.
