What You'll Do:
We are seeking a Front-End Software Engineer with strong Drupal development experience to support key initiatives throughout the year. This role will focus primarily on Drupal-based web development, with additional front-end work using React for non-Drupal applications. While Drupal expertise is essential, the ideal candidate is flexible, curious, and willing to work across multiple front-end technologies as business needs evolve. What You’ll DoIndependently analyze, design, develop, test, debug, and maintain front-end web solutionsLead and contribute to Drupal-based development, including theming, customization, and integrationDevelop front-end components using React for non-Drupal applicationsParticipate in technical design discussions and make well-reasoned design decisions and trade-offsWork across multiple layers of the application, demonstrating technical independence and ownershipWrite clean, maintainable, well-documented code following best practicesPerform automated testing and participate in quality assurance reviewsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UX, business partners, and other engineersSupport application implementations, enhancements, and ongoing maintenanceParticipate in on-call support as required

Salary Range Information:
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

$85000 - $165000 / year

Time Off Program:
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
