Our team architects the future of digital ecosystems by combining deep-rooted expertise in custom web and mobile design with cutting-edge Generative AI. This approach allows us to bridge the gap between traditional software excellence and the next generation of AI-first development.   We are seeking a senior-level, highly versatile Software Engineer capable of working across languages, layers, and domains. We value strong fundamentals, rapid adaptability, and a genuine interest in experimental AI systems. The ideal candidate is a generalist builder with deep technical range rather than a narrowly specialized developer.   Join us in pushing the boundaries of technology. At Spiral Scout, your work isn't just about code - it's about building the intelligent systems that will define tomorrow.   About the Product: Wippy   Wippy is an AI infrastructure platform designed for building and operating agent-based systems in production environments. It provides the runtime, orchestration, and tooling needed to deploy intelligent agents, coordinate workloads, and ship AI-driven functionality without rebuilding infrastructure from scratch.   We are currently at an early stage where core architectural decisions are still being shaped. The focus is on turning experimental capabilities into stable, scalable systems suitable for real production use.   What You’ll Work On   The work is multi-dimensional and suits engineers comfortable navigating multiple layers of a system: Runtime & Low-level Systems: Working with Go, C/C++, Lua, or similar languages. AI Infrastructure: Building agent frameworks and orchestration layers. Cloud Architecture: Designing and scaling distributed systems. Prototyping: Implementing new technical directions. Collaboration: Development in partnership with the CTO to shape the platform's core.   What We’re Looking For   Strong Engineering Foundations and AI expertise: Practical exposure to AI systems beyond simple API usage. Personal projects, experiments, or custom implementations as a proof of experience are critical requirements. We need a person who is experimenting and pushing AI to the limit, not a skeptic. Senior-level experience with the ability to independently deliver working prototypes (PoCs). Deep expertise in at least one of the following: Go, C/C++, Systems/Runtime development, or Cloud infrastructure.   High Adaptability: Comfort operating in an evolving technical landscape without rigid task boundaries. A natural curiosity about the future of AI infrastructure and a readiness to learn new tools or languages as needed. An attitude that sees change as opportunity, not disruption.   Ownership Mindset: A "Brilliant Solver": We need a professional with a results-oriented approach who can find a way through any technical blocker. Proactive attitude in ambiguous situations and direct collaboration with technical leadership. Self-Direction: Ability to operate with no need for hand-holding or convincing to ship a feature.   Why Join Us?   Direct impact on architecture and the technical direction of a product. Opportunity to build production-grade infrastructure for real AI systems. A focused team with fast decision cycles and meaningful ownership. Fully remote work with a flexible schedule and high autonomy. Work-life balance with regular opportunities to recharge. Equity/options discussion is possible for the right candidate.   This Role May Not Be a Fit If   You prefer strictly defined responsibilities and a fixed scope. You prefer to work within a single language or a specific, unchanging stack. You are uncomfortable with the evolving requirements typical of early-stage products
