Position Overview The Software Engineering Operations Manager (People Manager) partners closely with Software Engineering Technical Managers to ensure engineering teams are engaged, developed, and operating at peak effectiveness. This role emphasizes people leadership, performance management, and cultural alignment while ensuring operational processes and employee development support technical delivery goals.
