We are currently seeking a Software Development Analyst to join our technology team. This role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency and profitability through automation, solution design, and system development. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a collaborative approach to delivering high‑impact, scalable applications. Key Responsibilities   Design and implement technology solutions using Guidewire Policy Center to streamline operations and enhance business profitability. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic, inclusive environment, contributing ideas and technical leadership. Guide system architecture, including data modeling and integration strategies, using subject‑matter expertise. Explore new technologies and current industry trends to keep HDI’s software solutions modern and future‑ready. Own the development lifecycle—from MVP creation to full‑scale deployment—ensuring quality, accuracy, and performance. Analyze data, develop recommendations, and communicate insights that support automation and business process improvement. Develop high‑quality code independently and as part of a team for assigned projects. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities   Proficiency in Java/C#, Gosu, and XML. Strong understanding of the Guidewire Data Model. Expert‑level knowledge of relational databases. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver in a fast‑paced environment. Additional Requirements   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience. Eligibility to work in the United States. Commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging technology trends. Compensation   The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000, plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus.
