Job Title: Software Developer–  InsureMO Architect || REMOTE(USA/CANADA) Domain/Industry: Insurance Type: Contract  Role Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled InsureMO Developer/Architect with hands-on experience in InsureMO / eBao (eBaoTech) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in solution architecture, event-driven API design, and system integrations. This role requires collaborating with business and technical teams to define scalable solutions, provide technical guidance to developers, and ensure the successful implementation of insurance platform projects.   Key Responsibilities as Architect: Define and design end-to-end architecture for InsureMO/eBao solutions Lead development of complex, event-driven, API-based architectures Design, configure, and oversee iComposer-based APIs and customizations Ensure seamless integration between InsureMO and upstream/downstream systems Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams Define and enforce coding, architecture, and documentation standards Participate in solution review, code review, and technical decision-making Identify and mitigate technical risks and optimize system performance Key Responsibilities as Developer Develop, enhance, and maintain solutions on the InsureMO / eBao platform Design and implement Java-based applications for insurance processes Build and customize APIs using InsureMO iComposer Work on event-driven architectures and integrate systems across upstream and downstream insurance platforms Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions Ensure code quality, best practices, and documentation standards are followed Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems as required Define and design end-to-end architecture for InsureMO/eBao solutions Lead development of complex, event-driven, API-based architectures Design, configure, and oversee iComposer-based APIs and customizations Ensure seamless integration between InsureMO and upstream/downstream systems Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams Define and enforce coding, architecture, and documentation standards Participate in solution review, code review, and technical decision-making Identify and mitigate technical risks and optimize system performance   Requirements Required Skills & Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with InsureMO / eBao (eBaoTech) platform Strong expertise in Java development and API-based integrations Proven experience with event-driven architectures in enterprise insurance environments Expert in iComposer for building and customizing APIs Experience integrating multiple insurance systems and enterprise applications Deep understanding of insurance domain processes and best practices Ability to lead teams in agile, collaborative environments Strong problem-solving, analytical, and architectural skills   Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Prior experience in insurance domain solutions and enterprise architecture Knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps, microservices, and data integration Certification in TOGAF, Solution Architecture, or related frameworks is a plus
