Job Description: Job Title: Software Developer

Location: Remote

Summary: The project focuses on sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing the customers' Recruiting Information Support System to support large number of recruiters worldwide. It involves maintaining the legacy Oracle-based system while supporting the development and transition to Salesforce-based CRM. The effort addresses recruiting challenges through modern technology, data analytics, and improved system capabilities. A phased, carefully managed transition ensures uninterrupted recruiting operations while enabling long-term modernization.

Responsibilities: 

Conduct system impact assessments for proposed changes, identifying potential risks and dependencies and recommending mitigation strategies
Develop software solutions using programming languages such as Java, .NET, or Python, adhering to established coding standards and best practices
Develop automated unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
Create deployment scripts and collaborate with the DevOps team to automate
deployments using CI/CD pipelines
Follow a secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) process, incorporating security considerations throughout the development process
Requirements: 

Candidate should have minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a Software Developer in a regulated and compliant environment
Java/.NET/Python, Unit/Integration Testing, CI/CD, SSDLC, Secure Coding Practices
Security+ CE (IAT Level II) certification required
Preferred Qualifications:
