The work involves performing independent system and software safety analysis of multiple ground vehicle platforms being developed, tested, and maintained at the Detroit Arsenal in Michigan. Reviewing and providing recommendations on safety engineering program plans as well as establishing safety test requirements, test plans, and test reporting criteria Developing and reviewing Functional Hazard Analysis (FHA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and/or Failure Mode, Effects & Critically Analysis (FMECA)   Required Experience/Education: US Citizenship required.
